Meet Our Friendly Staff

We feel that the teacher’s educational qualification is as equally important as her concern. Special skills that enable a person to relate well to children and to be sensitive to their needs cannot be measured in terms of college degrees. On the other hand, if we are to take advantage of the research that has contributed to a new recognition of the importance of early learning, we need teachers who are qualified to put the results of that research into effect. The most loving and thoughtful caregiver can be hampered by a lack of knowledge of growth and development in the young child. This is why we feel we must have a well-defined, ongoing staff development program.
